Biodynamic Craniosacral Treatments:
Works with both the central and peripheral nervous systems for full body integration, so the treatment may move throughout the body rather than remaining with the spinal column. These treatments can be done fully clothed and the pressure is often light as is is addressing subtle layers of the system.
The Biodynamic Massage Treatments:
Blends the subtle Craniosacral work with pressure into the denser systems of the body through skin to skin therapeutic oil massage, resulting in a massage fully led by the client’s inner-intelligence. In my experience, this connection taps into the client’s potential for healing in a way that straight muscle/fascia work cannot do.
My personal story:
I had a serious car crash in 2011 and the recovery was slow. In 2014 I found a biodynamic practitioner. I found that Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Biodynamic Massage were tremendously helpful in decreasing my pain and tension and helping to heal my head, neck and low back injuries. In 2016 I began my studies in Biodynamics with Todd Jackson and soon transformed my practice to work in this way.
I love doing this work and have experienced deep change and lasting results for myself and for my clients. The biodynamic work meets people exactly where they are. No two treatments are the same, because treatment follows the inner-intelligence of the client’s nervous system in present time. Biodynamic Therapeutics can stand alone as craniosacral work or be blended with massage to engage the muscles and fascia in the treatment process. This work has been beneficial in treating stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, injury, acute or chronic pain, and it can be deeply relaxing as one’s nervous system has the opportunity to reset.

A greater sense of well-being is available to us when we give ourselves permission to pause and allow the stillness of being to arise from within.

In 2005 I graduated from Heritage College with a technical Associates Degree in Therapeutic Massage. My Thai studies began in 2010. For 6 years I studied with Nephyr Jacobsen and specialized in Thai Therapeutics and Massage completing 195 course hours with a 7 month apprenticeship. In 2016 I began to study Biodynamic Bodywork with Todd Jackson. I have since dedicated my practice to Biodynamics with over 400 hours of study, a 6 month mentorship, and assisting in level 1 and 2 workshops.
